Fender 60's Reissue MIJ (SOLD!!!)
I bought this guitar from Elderly Instruments on a little bit of a whim. It's a Fender 60's RI Made in Japan. It's one of the first Strats I owned, after the Jimmie Vaughan and I bought it to try the C-shaped neck. I honestly don't remember much about this guitar except that the hardware was non-standard. None of the holes quite lined up with after-market pickguards and the tuner buttons were just a little fatter than normal and my pegwinders wouldn't fit on them. The pots were little bitty Japanese pots and the pickups decent but unspectacular. I didn't do anything to this guitar except play it a little bit and eventually sell it. It was followed shortly by a MIM 60's RI which I liked a lot better and then by a Parts-O-Strat which I like even better.
